Preface
It is frustrating when people get stuck. Out of human nature, people complain about this with others, looking for connection and seeing if the situation can be solved. I do this as well. Also, I used to that other people’s stories can only comfort my feeling rather than helping me to get rid of my struggling situation. However, a video from Speak Confident English has changed my mind. Although the lecturer talks about her student who stuck in unable to speak English fluently, her suggestions are applicable in other situations.
Additionally, the video has motivated me to start writing lecture summaries. I believe it is a useful method to practice English writing. Moreover, it is much easier to create my own content. I plan to write more lecture summaries and expand this article as a series of articles in the future.
